At Stimulus Nutrition, we aim to get your order to you quickly, securely, and without hassle.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll be able to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Stimulus Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where possible, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, in line with our standard processing times. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and local courier services.
